Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who book our Two day tour services.
All bookings for Sinharaja Holiday must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are quoted in the local currency and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tour details.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and will offer a full refund or rescheduling in such cases.
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. All guests are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times for safety reasons. Certain tours may have age, health, or physical fitness restrictions clearly stated in the tour description. Alcohol consumption may be restricted or prohibited during the tour depending on the activity. We are not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings unless caused by our gross negligence.
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary, route, or schedule if necessary due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible. Minor adjustments such as order of attractions or rest stops do not qualify for refunds. In case a major attraction is unexpectedly closed, we will provide a suitable alternative when possible. The duration of the tour may vary slightly depending on external conditions beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the tour in case of any proven negligence on our part. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters or government restrictions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains the sole responsibility of the participant. All vehicles and facilities used are regularly inspected and comply with local safety regulations. By joining the tour, you accept these terms and acknowledge the inherent risks of travel and outdoor activities.
