1. Who can use this site

Sinharaja Holiday is a free social casino intended only for adults aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you confirm that both of these are true. We may close any account where we reasonably believe this isn't the case.

2. What Sinharaja Holiday is

Sinharaja Holiday is a free-to-play entertainment site. All 30 games are our own, original social casino style games, embedded securely from our own game servers. There is no real-money gambling anywhere on this site:

• You cannot deposit, wager or pay real money for coins, spins or anything else.
• Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
• Success in a free game does not indicate likely success in real-money gambling.

3. Your account

You may create one account, using either an email address and password or Google Sign-In. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. Accounts are stored securely on our server; we never ask for payment card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access another player's account; use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the site or games; attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the site, games or server; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Availability

We try to keep Sinharaja Holiday available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Games, features and this site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

All games, artwork, text and branding on Sinharaja Holiday belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

7. Liability

The site and games are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, except where the law does not allow us to limit our liability (for example, for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from My Account, or ask us to do it for you via the contact form. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
